Shipping Policy
We usually ship the same day or the next working day. If there is a delay, we will contact you to let you know. If there a waiting list, we will advise on the item information on our website. We use NZ Post. Non-Rural address usually arrive the next day and Rural Addresses usually take 3-4 days.
If your item arrives damaged, please let us know as soon as possible by emailing info@wainuivalleymushrooms.co.nz with your invoice number and a picture of the damage. We will investigate each report on a case by case basis and work towards a satisfactory solution.
Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@wainuivalleymushrooms.co.nz. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 911 Weranui Road, Wainui Silverdale 0994. If we accept your return, we will send you a shipping label and instruction on how to return the item.

Damages and issues
Please let us know immediately if you receive a product that is defective in any way or the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and rectify it.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
