Pearl Oyster The classic oyster mushroom, and for good reason. Our Pearl Oysters are tender, flavoursome, and incredibly easy to cook with. They have a delicate, mildly savoury taste with a hint of sweetness and a velvety texture that becomes beautifully soft when sautéed. Wonderful in pasta, fried rice, creamy sauces, or simply pan-fried with butter and fresh herbs. A fantastic introduction to specialty mushrooms if you're new to cooking with them.
